  • Contact movers

  • Contact utility companies to have utilities transferred into new owner’s name. DO NOT HAVE UTILITIES TURNED OFF!

  • Notify your mortgage company to get pay off. Make sure your home equity line is closed out before the closing.

  • Our office will notify you of all dates/times of home inspections, appraisals and closing attorney

.

  • The closing attorney will need all mortgage/loan information and your SS #’s. Our office will contact you on this

.

  • Gather appliances/equipment warranty booklets for the new buyers

.

  • Gather all keys/garage door openers to bring to the closing

.

  • Put out any paint cans you may have for touch-ups for the new buyers
